The Punters Coalition (TPC) Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use TPC services.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and your own.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

TPC provides subscribers with curated sports betting advice, including suggested bets, staking advice, and analytical commentary.

This service does not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice. All decisions to place wagers are made voluntarily and solely at the user’s discretion.

TPC does not guarantee success, profitability, or consistency of outcomes.

3.1 Internal Content & Confidentiality

All content provided to subscribers is proprietary and confidential. This includes tips, staking models, advice, analytics, and communication inside member-only platforms.

You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, distributing, or leaking any internal materials—publicly or privately—without written permission.

📌 Breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of access, a lifetime ban, and forfeiture of any remaining subscription or refund rights. Legal action may also be pursued.

3.2 Promotion of External Services

Promoting, advertising, or sharing links to other betting tipsters, affiliate services, or third-party gambling providers (even indirectly) is strictly prohibited in any TPC-related space.

3.3 Spam, Abuse, and Misconduct

You must not post spam, harass others, use abusive or discriminatory language, or engage in disruptive behaviour within any TPC platform, including private groups, live chats, or social media extensions.

3.4 Degenerate Gambling Behaviour

TPC supports responsible gambling practices. Any display or promotion of reckless gambling behaviour—e.g., chasing losses, excessive daily wagers, or glorifying unsustainable risks—will be flagged and subject to disciplinary action.

TPC reserves full and final discretion to take disciplinary action for any conduct it deems harmful to the service, its members, or its integrity. This may include temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or revocation of access.

Disciplinary action automatically renders the user ineligible for any form of refund or compensation, regardless of time left in the subscription or purchase history.

All purchases are final. TPC operates under a strict no-refund policy under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, non-usage of the service, or account suspensions due to rule violations.

Exceptions may be made only at the sole discretion of TPC management in documented cases of billing error.

TPC is not liable for any financial loss, damages, or claims arising from decisions made based on information provided through the service.

You accept full responsibility for your actions and wagers placed with or without influence from TPC.

TPC makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any provided content and is not obligated to update or correct it in real-time.

All intellectual property, including written content, models, branding, graphics, and communications provided by TPC remains the exclusive property of The Punters Coalition.

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Any duplication, resale, or exploitation of content for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

TPC will collect, store, and manage user data in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where legally required.

TPC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service, pricing, or this TOS at any time, without notice.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be exclusively heard in the courts located in Victoria.

By using TPC services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

By subscribing to or participating in The Punters Coalition, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to this Terms of Service;

• Are aware of your financial risk and accept full responsibility for your gambling activity;

• Waive any right to pursue claims or damages against TPC for service outcomes;

• Accept all discretionary powers and zero-tolerance enforcement by TPC management.
